How it works

Five simple steps.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your email, choose monthly or yearly and a package (every plan includes a Guestality Tap card with your QR code; Guestality Complete adds a bracelet, and a ring is coming soon), then set up your profile: photo, title, venue, phone number, page name and welcome message. Preview your page before making it public.

  2. Share

    Let guests tap your Tap card, bracelet or ring, or scan your QR code. Your link never changes.

  3. Connect

    Guests save your contact card, or leave their name and number to stay in touch — only if they choose to.

  4. Remember

    Jot down what they love — their usual drink, favorite table, special dates — in your private Guest Book.

  5. Welcome back

    When they return, greet them like a regular and see who's due for a friendly hello.

Guestality can't read a guest's address book or phone number from a tap. Guests share details only when they choose to.
